webinar status not updated in Marketo

Good morning,

we found some issues on our last webinars on Marketo. We sheduled several webinars during these 2 weeks, we had also several registrants but we don't see anymore on Marketo the status related to:

- attended
- no show (not attended)

We know that it could takes from 2 hours up to 2 days for Marketo to receive the attendance data from GoToWebinar, but it already passed one week and still no result on Marketo yet. We know that once the attendance data syncs between Marketo and GoToWebinar, Marketo updates the membership grid with a status of Attended or Not Attended, but this grid in Marketo still shows:

- attended: 0
- no show (not attended): 0

 

Anybody know the reason why we don't see the updated status anymore?
