Hey Mac users, macOS Mojave 10.14 is now officially supported! Allow GoToWebinar to access your hardware and get ready to host (or join) sessions seamlessly. This release also includes an audio fix and other bug fixes and minor changes. Read on to learn more.

What's New?
Support for macOS Mojave (10.14)
- Basic support has been added for macOS Mojave (10.14). Users running the new OS will be prompted to allow GoToMeeting to access their hardware (i.e., microphone and webcams). If users choose Don't Allow and wish to give permission at a later time, they can go into their computer's Security & Privacy preference pane and enable access.
- Note: Feature parity will continue to be added to macOS Mojave (10.14), including accessibility dialogs and more.
Platform Upgrade to v2018.3.0
- Upgrades have been made to the desktop platform, which provides overall improvements and bug fixes. Note that this is a backend platform upgrade and does not affect the desktop app's version.
Bug Fixes & Minor Changes:
Fix for Muted Attendees Heard on Local Recordings
- Previously, the audio of muted attendees were included in local recordings. Now, recordings will only capture the audio of unmuted participants.
Additional fixes and minor changes:
- Fix for app intermittently crashing for users running Windows 7 when Mac presenters resized their application window
- Fix for users having to click the "Start sharing my" drop-down menu twice before seeing their available options
- Fix for a spelling error in the "Report audio issues" window
- Fix for promoted Mac attendees seeing the "Attendee wants to share their screen" dialog
- Fix for some Web App users unable to share their screen when a mobile device organizer promoted them
- Fix for the "Can you make me the presenter?" message displaying to presenters before the organizer
- The GoToMeeting v9 banner has been removed from the Welcome Mat
- Meeting roles will only change after the new presenter selects a screen or app to share
