I have a problem with my Hamachi account since the annual premium license was paid but when I see my networks it says that only 5 devices are allowed when the license has already been paid

Hi @Equipos10,

 

If you renewed your plan after it already lapsed, it may take 24 hours for the change to show up on your account. If that is not the issue, please check if you have a free network and paid one and then select the paid network.

The subscription was paid on November 28 and the problem occurred on December 13 of this year
