How to cancel subscription ?

How to cancel subscription ? i had email submit ticket & called customer support line since March.
Until now i didn't get any cancellation notice email.

in account i can't found any cancel button. Are hamachi not allow to cancel ??

It's 2023. We should be able to cancel Hamachi subscriptions without restoring to emailing or calling support.
