I can't renew my hamachi network subscription

Hello it's been super frustrating for me to contact you, really hope that you will have a new customer support that can handle our problem with online chat..
I've been looking a way to renew/extend 2 of my network, i've already checked in the subscription menu, but the renewal price is blank, and in manage my network there is no option to renew/extend only to purchase a new subscription and change it to free, please tell me how can i renew my subscription?

Hi @mesoftweb,

Your automatic renewal is already set to go through on 5/17/23 for your 2 licenses, as long as your billing information is up to date there should be no issues.
