Issues with connectivity (Hyper-V)

We have an Hamachi Gateway running in Hyper-V. MAC spoofing is enabled and it is Gen1. However the Network Bridge shows "Unidentified Network".  When a client connects to the gateway it gets a 0.0.0.0 address.

 

Any suggestions on how to resolve this? We have spent days trying to get it working.

 

The annoying thing is that we did have it working on a test server but that no longer exists as we were going to start the setup form scratch on a clean build...

Hi @PhilHG, welcome to the community.

 

 The team has created a new software version that should correct this issue for you and any others experiencing it. Please follow these steps:

 

  • Uninstall the current version of Hamachi software from the computer. You do not need to check the box for "Remove all user settings"
  • Download the new version of Hamachi from here
  • Install and test the new version

 The team has created a new software version that should correct this issue for you and any others experiencing it. Please follow these steps:

 

  • Uninstall the current version of Hamachi software from the computer. You do not need to check the box for "Remove all user settings"
  • Download the new version of Hamachi from here
  • Install and test the new version

@PhilHG have you had a chance to try the new build yet? If you have would you be able to share with us the h2-engine log file? You should be able to find it here on a Windows PC: 

C:\WINDOWS\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\LogMeIn Hamachi\
