Need same Network ID portion of IP Address (same subnet)

Is it possible to be assigned IP's with the same network ID section? Such as 25.12.13.x  The x is the Host ID and the first 3 numbers are the network ID.. Basically, the same subnet if using 255.255.255.0

My software will only communicate if the first 3 parts of the IP are the same. It actually does not use a specific IP to communicate but rather, it broadcasts a UDP message over an IP range and waits for an acknowledgement before communicating.  If broadcasts over 25.12.13.1 to 25.12.13.255
