Why isn't Hamachi compatible with M1 Based Macs?

The "mobile client" method for M1 Macs is barely functional. The connection is "legacy" so not direct/relay/via server and is *extremely* slow. It also times out every 55mins.

We need a M1 native solution from Logmein, as well as an Intel macOS Big Sur solution too.

Hi tlagrone, I suggest you generate a new thread about your doubt,...this thread is about HAMACHI incompatibility with M1. Ideally, each thread should reflect a doubt or demand.

I'm unable to install and use Hamachi on my new Macbook with M1 chip. Any news on when an update to Hamachi client will be available for this chip???

After i download hamachi every time i try to open the application it doesn't open, waits for a couple of seconds, then displays the message "failed to connect to engine". I can't even open the application, it's just that after installing the application.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

About 9 months ago, I changed my laptop to a MacBook, and found out that hamachi doesn't support MacBooks with m1 chips. And now, I tried hamachi again, expecting it to work, but nothing changed. It keep says that it failed to connect to the engine, and nothing works at all. When will it be updated to support m1 MacBooks?
