@brunoalves84 We do not process cancelations or refunds here in the community. Once your case is assigned to an available Support Representative they will contact you, most likely via email.

goto is a scam - cant contact support or disable autorenew

support does not respond. users are unable to disable auto-renewal. are dependent on a support email that no one responds to. I have an open order for several days to solve a problem of having charged me twice for the same product and so far nothing. pay close attention before purchasing any product from this company.

No one got back to me for almost a week. Still no response via email. outside of This form of community we are talking to ourselves. This is the first time I am faced with such a service.

Please can anyone hear us? support does not respond.

I noticed my credit card statement, my credit card was charged twice. I'm already tired of writing letters to support every day, there is no result, where should I turn? ...
Can anyone help and speed up the process?

I apologize for the frustration. I have just escalated your support ticket to management again, I am not sure why it wasn't picked up last week when I sent it over.
