Same situation here. LogMeIn introduced this new problem with Hamachi version 18.104.22.1688. Reverting to version 2.20.319 fixes the issue.
This temporary solution worked for me:
1. In Hamachi 22.214.171.1248 settings, configure Enable automatic update to "no" 2. Manually Go Online on your network(s) 3. Power off Hamachi 4. Uninstall Hamachi 126.96.36.1998 leaving the user settings in place. 5. Reboot 6. Install Hamachi 188.8.131.529 7. Power on Hamachi and network should come online 8. Reboot to test if will go automatically online after a Windows 7 restart
