Adding using chrome extension not working

Whenever I click "Add" to save the password (using the Chrome browser extension) I keep getting the following error:

This has only started happening recently. I was in the process of converting all my passwords from KeePass when it suddenly started do it. I thought maybe I reached a limit for the maximum number of passwords in a folder but I haven't found any information about that.

I have removed my local cache (Account Options -> Advanced -> Clear Local Cache), made sure I have the latest extension, deleted my browser data (history, cookies...) and even tried a reboot.

I also tried seeing if the browser's developer tools would give me a clue, but no error was thrown.

I'd appreciate any suggestions.

It looks like this has now been resolved. I guess someone broke something yesterday.
