I've had a ticket open to support for over a week with no contact, and it looks like some of you have experienced this as well, so maybe someone can help with this.

I have had this happen before, and i thought one of the links in this item resolved it, but i cannot get in. I've cleared browser cache and used different browsers, tried this link, etc. I get a glimpse of it for about half a second, and then it continues down some authentication path and i end up at a screen that says: "You cannot purchase this product with your account"
Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!
