Enterprise subscription, browsers upgraded to the new UI. Have heard from several employees that the form fills they use daily were missing. Just checked mine and they are also gone. In many cases these are corporate cards that get loaded into their accounts and they do not carry the physical card and this defect in the new UI/UX is causing unnecessary strife. What is the process for restoring everyone's form fills?
