i ran into this issue and got it resolved in the LastPass admin console by unchecking:
Enable Proof Key for Code Exchange flow upon user login.
This is located at: Users > Federated login > Azure AD. This was quite a headache to figure out, but this resolved the issue. Hope this helps in your situation as well, goodluck.
