Can others still Manage Shared folders with +180 items

Several days ago we lost the ability to manage the sharing permissions in large Shared folders.
Folder with 30 items or less still function fine.
Larger folders, we right click the folder and choose Manage. Then any existing account in that dialog that we hit the Wrench icon beside and the background goes grey and nothing happens.
If we close the foreground window with cancel, we can see the infinite spinner.
It never goes away.
We've followed the steps to flush browser and lastpass cache, refreshed sites, logged out and in.
This occurs across multiple admin's PC's and Mac's, and is the same in Chrome, IE, Edge. In the plugin or on Lastpass.com

I have similar when I manage a shared folder, then edit a users restrictions, the window background goes grey and the window freezes.

What will it take for this to work? We manage a lot of sites in Lastpass.

Our support ticket is still open.
Unlike previous tests, we're not successful doing this management in a browser tab at lastpass.com
It still however doesn't work for us in the Browser Extensions in Chrome, IE, Safari
