We have barely used our lastpass teams subcription, meanwhile the price has been on the rise. We have wanted to cancel this subscription, but I can't seem to figure out how. I have looked through the admin console, settings, etc and can't find an option to cancel the subscription. The closest I could find was a spot to add more licenses. The support page doesn't have instructions for Teams accounts, but I followed the guide for canceling other subscriptions, to no avail. I tried calling LasPass for help, but their phone support is the most useless excuse for phone support I have ever encountered in my life. I really don't know what to do, I have struggled with this long enough that we have been hit with the charges for another year of subcription. I just keep going in circles on the web site. Please help.
