We are a loyal Enterprise customer of seven years, and we have spent tens of thousands of dollars with LastPass. Since this month however, we are unable to buy additional licences. The admin portal functionality has been removed, we have emailed sales four times, but they have never responded, and when we open a support ticket, the agent is unable to help us.
We are absolutely dependent on LastPass for our operations, but are unable to give out accounts to new employees. This is disasterous for us.
What do we need to do to buy additional licenses? Please help!
