Direct (non-federated) admin user consumes a license. Can I remove them?

Hi,

 

I've set up federated login via Azure AD - and, all working well.

 

I've noticed that the user account I used to sign up to LP (non-federated), is still active and consumes a license.

 

Now, that my organisation has access to LP via AAD, is it safe to remove this user, as no one will use this account?

Hi @SamMedley,

 

You should be able to remove this user as long as nobody is using that account. If you'd like you can also call the LastPass Enterprise support team via phone to be sure, you can access our Enterprise support number through your LastPass Admin Console > Support.
