Enterprise Customer - user can't recover personal account

I administer LastPass for our Enterprise Account.  I have a user that set up a personal account a while back, and now cannot remember the password on the personal account.  

 

She has gone through the LastPass Recovery process on her personal account with no luck, trying it on all possible computers.  Since her vault is still stored on her personal account, is there a way to have LastPass delete her existing personal account and set up a new personal account with the same personal email?  She would then be able to reshare her personal vault items with a new LastPass personal account?

OP here - I meant to say her vault was still stored on her Enterprise Account.
