Enterprise account deactivated due to leaving company. Now all account information is inaccessible.

A friend of mine had an enterprise account with and she tried to change her primary email to a personal email account before terminating her position. It wouldn’t let her at the time and forced her to keep the enterprise email address. 
 
She tried to sign into LastPass a few days ago and it said she was unable to because the account was deactivated. She's a bit panicked now as this holds all of her account information from the last 4-5 years. 
 
We both submitted several support tix times last week and it doesn't seem like any were received. Help here would be really appreciated.

Welcome to the Community. 

 

I'm afraid the type of account does not change just by altering the email address.  

The administrator of the Enterprise LastPass account would need to re-activate that user so that she can export the vault data, before starting a new account under the personal address, and re-importing back again.
