Enterprise users can't log on to sites via browser (without extension)

Several of our employees do not want to download another extention as it will slow their computers down. In this case, they should still be able to log in to Last Pass through their web browser and access any saved sites. However, several had had issues saying when they do that and click launch, it just takes them to the login page and says "wrong password".

Re: Enterprise users can't log on to sites via browser (without extension)

Hello @smoersfelder,

Logging in to the LastPass site (https://lastpass.com/?ac=1) without the extension installed should be no problem. Are the users able to log in to access their vault on a different device or in a different browser? If they are receiving the same incorrect password notice when logging in on a different device and browser they will want to go through the master password reset process to set a new master password, or if you have the "Permit super admins to reset Master Passwords" policy enabled a super admin can trigger a master password reset for the user(s).

Enterprise customers also have the option to contact our support team via phone, if you'd like assistance with this issue you can access our Enterprise support number through your LastPass Admin Console > Support as well.

Re: Enterprise users can't log on to sites via browser (without extension)

Hello Rachel,

They can log in to access their vault, but once logged in, when clicking launch on the shared sites, the password says incorrect. Does that make sense?

If they have done all correctly and even if they reseted the password by using this https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/reset-a-users-master-password-super-admin-lp010038 guide this could mean that their browser just remembered an old password
They need to check out their saved passwords and if so delete an old one

More and more problems I encounter with extensions, but fortunately everything is solved. I was also helped by https://celltrackingapps.com/how-to-read-someones-text-messages-without-phone/ especially on how to read someones text messages without phone.
