Already almost 5 years passed, as we use LastPass Enterprise, and still looks like you are ignoring multiple requests about the equivaent subdomains feature.
I need
dev.mydomain.com dev.mydomain.net and dev.mydomain.io use one set of passwords
staging.mydomain.com staging.mydomain.net and staging.mydomain.io use another set of passwords
and so on
if I make mydomain.com = mydomain.net = mydomain.io equivalent domains it does not work, with any combination of so called URL Rules
These 2 features "Equivalent Domains" and "URL Rules" do not work as expected and are not enough to realize the scenario above.
Also good to have these settings to be defined globally on enterprise level (also not possible)
