We are supposed to have phone support through our enterprise account... Why can't I find the phone number anywhere? I'm really losing patience with playing email tag here...

If you're not able to log in to your admin console to access the support phone number, So that we can resolve this issue as soon as possible, could you can request a callback from the Enterprise support team by scrolling down and clicking "Contact Support" at the bottom center of any support page articles related to your issue and entering your Enterprise account info. You should then be given the option to receive a callback usually within less than 5 minutes.
For example, if you're having issues accessing your admin console you could scroll down and click Contact Support at the bottom center of this page to request a callback: https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/access-the-admin-console-lp010019
