I have deleted my account and cancelled users but still getting billed.

I deleted my Enterprise account on the 11th of May but was billed for a full year on 15th of May.

 

I also cancelled the 2nd team member on the 11th but was still billed for that.

 

I have no way to log in to amend or review.
