I'm "deadlocked" out of my lastpass account

I tried to log in to my lastpass enterprise account using my master password but immediately says "Multifactor authentication failed". I've never setup a multifactor auth method in the past. Also, I don't have any one-time password and when I try to setup LastPass MFA on my phone, I can only set one authentication method (old phone, I guess). I don't know what to do.

Since you have an Enterprise account you should contact your Admin for assistance.
