Is the LastPass Provisioning Hash created per admin or is it global to the business?

Lets say we have 2 admins in our business: Adam and Joe. If Adam creates a provisioning hash and uses it in a script somewhere, and then Joe creates a provisioning hash and uses it in a different script, does the hash Adam created stop working?
