Last Pass is not applying passwords

We have a shared folder with dozens of passwords.

Whenever we land on a site LP does not recognise the site and apply the email & password, despite the info being saved in the vault.

Is this issue affecting everyone the folder is being shared with? 

Does it occur for individually shared passwords, or just the ones in the folder?
