LastPass Users did not created automaticly

During the onboarding process of the new colleagues from we received sometime wrong Usernames and create based on that data the useraccounts in AD. From that point everything runs fine. After adding the user to the LastPass Group the account will created automaticly in LastPass as it should.
After we change the wrong Data in AD, we are not able to logon into LastPass. So i tray the following way to solve this.
-Remove the user from LastPass AD Group, wait around two hours.
-Remove the user from LastPass by using the admin console. Wait here around two hours as well.
-Add the user back to LastPass AD Group
But now the user account on LastPass side was not created as expected.

Any Ideas?
Thanks for helping

Same here!! Hope to find some help with this 'challange'
We have a couple of people which email adres has been changed.
Removed them from LastPass and from the SSO group, after a day added again to the SSO group but even after 4 days still no sign of the accounts in LastPass.
We're using LastPass enterprise with Azure AD.

Re: LastPass Users did not created automaticly

Hi, in my case it works after a lot of hours. The mail send after that period automaticly.
The way i use are :
Remove User from AD and wait 24 hours. After that, remove the user from LastPass Admin Console. Wait 24 hours. After that time I add the user again into the AD group and after some hours the user was created by LastPass.

Re: LastPass Users did not created automaticly

Hi, lucky you 🙂
Maybe because I did it the way around? First deleted them from LP, then within 10 minutes from the AD group. waited the group to update 1 cycle and added the users in the AD group again. That was last week, still no sign of the users. Meanwhile real new users, not the update ones, where added succesfully.
I've requested help from the support desk. Hopefully hearing from them soon.

Re: LastPass Users did not created automaticly

Hi @gerika,

If you haven't yet heard back from the Enterprise Support team, could you reach out to the Enterprise Support team to investigate and fix this for you via phone? You can access our Enterprise support number through your LastPass Admin Console > Support or request a callback by scrolling down and clicking "Contact Support" at the bottom center this page and entering your Enterprise account info and you should then be given the option to receive a callback usually within less than 5 minutes: https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/set-up-the-lastpass-active-directory-connector-lp010057
