Hi LastPass community,
We have a LastPass enterprise account, and have since friday not been able to access our admin portal.
Additionally we are also prevented from accessing our "normal" Enterprise support, so instead we have created a Billing case to LastPass (02438742). But still no reaction what so ever from LastPass.
Does anybody have any idea as what to do, and how we can get the support we are paying for?
Any help will be much appreciated.
