I have been trying for days to get into LastPass. This was originally a premium account from my employer, but I've now found out they discontinued sponsoring our premium account. When I try to use the advanced recovery function, I will receive a code via text however when I put that code where asked for it in LastPass, the message I get is "The link has expired or is invalid. Please generate a new link and try again." But I just generated the link one second before that message. So I tried from my mobile device and same thing only now the message is "Looks like something went wrong. We could not recover your account at this time. Please try again later." All of my work and personal passwords are in this app. I've never been so disappointed or distraught by a software/app provider. Anything I can do to recover or shall I start using 1password like so many others have commented? Thank you
