New Users not receiving Email Invite

We have a LastPass Enterprise account and our new users sync with Active Directory. The past 2 users that I have "approved" through Last Pass have not received the email invite. The first user was able to get in through workarounds, but now it happened again so I'm not sure what's wrong. They appear in my Admin Consol and I approve them, but email is never received.  I opened a support ticket, but they only seem to answer me after hours and I'm not get
