SMS code and call not working when logging in

Hi there,
When I try to login I get no SMS, nor can I ask for a call. I Also noticed that I always get the SMSs from the same number, expect the last time (2 days ago). What has happened? And also, I am paying for this, but there is no way to get hold of someone? Anyone know what I should do?

I'm sorry to hear about the sign in trouble. 

You may need to resync your MFA with the LastPass account as part of our recent security upgrades.

If you cannot log in due to MFA lockout, you may utilize the 'Contact' button in the middle of this page to create an email case.
