Hello Aaron,
Thanks for clarifying!
We are sorry for the inconvenience, but that is expected because the shared folder in your personal account is not really visible in the Teams/Enterprise vault due to its limitation. Your Personal Shared Folder is being treated as a "shared folder" within your Teams/Enterprise Account and that's the reason why you can't see your personal shared folder.
We have a feature request to allow viewing the personal shared folder from within the Enterprise/Teams and I will add your ticket to this feature request.
If we have answered your question, we will send you an email in the next few days asking for your feedback. We value your opinion and thank you in advance for taking the time to click on the survey link and let us know how your experience was with our team.

support-replies@logmein.comIt is a folder in my personal account that I had already shared with someone else? I tried removing that person I shared with, but that did nothing.
Hello Aaron,
The person who shared you the folder will have to remove you and add again.

I've linked my personal account to my enterprise account. The sites that were already shared do not show up. How do I 'unshare' these sites to then have them come up. The FAQ did not address how to 'unshare'. Why aren't some sites working in my linked personal account?
\n\nShare this answer\nThe linked personal account folder between a LastPass Enterprise user account and a personal user account operates as a Shared Folder between the two accounts. When viewed within the linked account folder, these sites are subject to the same limitations as sites in Shared Folders. \n\nThese current limitations are:\n\nCannot add sites that have already been shared (or are in a role). You must first unshare these sites.\nThe website allows viewing and editing, but doesn't allow moving into/out of shared folders. You must use the local vault for these functions.\nSites can be copied to multiple folders but must be updated manually in every folder. The better option is to use 'restrict' to limit access for specific sub-set of users, rather than copying the site into multiple folders.\nForm fill profiles cannot be shared.\nSites entries cannot be directly imported into Shared Folders.\nSites in the linked account cannot be shared when logged in as the Enterprise account. You must login to the personal account separately to share those logins.
