Some Azure synced users showing up in invited users list

Guys,

Anyone else using Azure to sync users to LastPass? I'm having an issue where maybe 5 out of 80 users are not being synced to the normal users list but to invited users. These users have no last pass account using their work email address. Password recovery fails on the account, likely pointing to the fact that the account does not really exist. However, LastPass thinks its an invited user and won't sync.

Deleting the invited user only results in the account being placed in the invited users section and the sync failing again. I'm at a loss. Any ideas?

I have the same issue with one user.  It's a user that I tested on a different enterprise app previously.  Did you ever resolve this?

What I did was having the user go here to delete their account if they haven't used it in a long time and will not need anything from it: LastPass - Delete Your Account

After doing so, their account should disappear from the invited list in which you can re-send the activation to their account as a new user.
