URGENT: Cannot log on to LastPass - Multifactor authentication failed

Hello, 

we have an URGENT Issue: We cannot login to our LastPass Enterprise Vaults or the LastPass Admin Console due to an Error "Multifactor authentication failed!":

Therefore I can also not login to the LastPass Support Site to create ticket. 

This issue occurs at all the Users in our Company Account. 

We triple checked Passwords, Locations and the Authenticator Apps. 

It happens only with Login to the Vault or to the Admin Console, not wir SSO Authentication to Slack or Confluence, there the 2FA Authenticator works fine. 

Please help urgently.

This issue may be caused by the forced re-sync of MFA for all users.  Please have your administrator use the dedicated support number they were given in order to call directly into Customer Support for assistance.
