I have forgotten my master password and I am attempting to recover my account, which I have successfully done in the past. When I try to do it now it sends me a SMS message with a OTP and then it sends a prompt to my LastPass MFA on my phone and I click accept on it. After clicking accept the webpage comes back with "Please enter a valid username or one-time password. If you are confident you are entering valid information, contact your LastPass administrator or LastPass support. One-time login may be restricted by your organization." I do not belong to an organization, I am just a Premium user. How can I get my account back? I've tried using my face to reset it from my iphone but that says the recovery failed as well.
