We're having the same issue as described in this thread.

We've submitted a ticket 16078906.

Could you please escalate this as we received only a 90-minute notice of this issue before the account expired?  😮

Same issue trying to renew our enterprise account.  Getting "You cannot purchase this product with your account." error.

So that the billing team can help get this fixed for your account, please create a ticket by scrolling down and clicking Contact Support at the bottom center of this page: https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/how-to-add-enterprise-users-lp010044

 

If you see a popup after entering your account info please click "Submit a billing case" at the bottom of the popup that shows.

Hi! Same here, I am not able to renew our teams subscription. Auto-renewal failed because the card had expired. Ticket number 16110712
