What keeps my employees from changing my passwords?

Hi,

I am a Brazilian entrepreneur and I manage a small team of freelancers. The way that I shared passwords with them, up until now, is to put each freelancer's passwords in a different Google doc. They have access to my company's Instagram, Facebook, Gmail and MailChimp accounts, to name a few.

I know that sharing passwords in a Google doc is far from secure and efficient. Also, I am constantly thinking about an issue that I am not sure LastPass can handle. This is my motivation behind looking for a tool to solve my problem: let's say one of them tries to change any of those account's passwords. Does LastPass handle that issue?

When using LastPass I understand that I can manage their accesses to those passwords. But what if they try to reset and change the password on these accounts? Can LastPass deal with that?
