LastPass is no longer allowing us to purchase additional licenses through our web portal. All licenses links redirect to a form to contact sales. I filled out the sales form last week and have received no response. I submitted a support ticket last week and am waiting to hear back on that as well.
Still nothing but Crickets from LastPass/GoTo. We've tried phone calls, sales forms, support tickets, this forum. Nothing.
Same issue here. We desperately need new licenses, and whatever we do, nobody is able to help us. Sales never replies, support tickets are ignored, web interface renewal functionality has been removed. We are absolutely dependent on them, but cannot give out new accounts to new employees.
We just discovered the other day that our license (which we renewed two months ago) is listed as 'Complimentary' instead of 'Business'. LastPass finally admitted (not publicly) that they are having issues with some recently renewed plans. We believe this complimentary status is what's keeping us from being able to buy licenses.
I'd be interested in seeing if your account status is the same. You should be able to view it in the subscription section of your company profile.
Yes, same here, it was listed as "Complimentary" for two days!
However, today it flipped over to "Business Trail, 362 days left", and I now have 130 seats whereas I used to have 65. I guess somebody has been reading my support ticket (but cleverly hidding that by not actually responding to it).
Consider yourself lucky I guess. We are still stuck on 'complimentary' status with 0 available licenses.

My luck ran out: they lowered the amount of licenses from 130 to 49. No explanation.
Do these people hate customers and want all of them to leave?
It does boggle the mind...
We've started the process of looking for another solution.
