Your LastPass Enterprise account isn't eligible for LastPass Families

LastPass invited me to join the promotion of 25% off families subscription. I tried to join and got the following message:


Whoops, you're already signed up

Your LastPass Enterprise account isn't eligible for LastPass Families. Please create a new LastPass account or log in with a different one now.


How can I resolve this? I don't want to create a new account as I have years of passwords stored in my "Enterprise account" (I've never had a paid subscription and can't remember signing up for Enterprise, maybe for a free trial years ago?).

I would suggest following these instructions to unlink your Personal account from the Business: 


If that should fail, please use the 'Contact' option at the bottom of that support article to create a 'Billing' case for Customer Support to review. They may be able to manually apply a discount for a new Family plan.
