I'm getting this message when I try to login, I can't figure out how to fix it. Your invitation link has expired. Ask your LastPass administrator for a new invitation.

Hi @gg97,

 

Invitations expire after 14 days for existing users (those that already have a LastPass account in our system when they were invited to join a company account). The account admin for the LastPass account that you have been invited to will need to re-invite you: https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/can-i-view-lastpass-enterprise-or-identity-user-status

The issue is that I was not a part of an organization. I tried logging in after I got an email that someone else logged in and that I should change my password. So, I don't know what to do, as I can't find a way to reset my password. Previously I had the basic, free version of lastpass, if it helps.

Hi @gg97,

 

Do you have any data stored in your LastPass account/do you actively use your LastPass account? If not, you could Reset the account and start over with a new master password and new empty Vault: https://lastpass.com/reset_account.php When asked if you know the master password select No to continue the Reset process via email. 

 

If you do not use LastPass and would prefer to Delete your account you can do that here: https://lastpass.com/delete_account.php
