can't activate new user

Paid for a new business user $208 pa so I can share certain passwords with them (not all our passwords). But it wont let us activate our second account! So we can't log in. And NO SUPPORT?!!!! It keeps saying "try again OR look for an email to verify you" but it is not sending us the email. We have followed all the instructions, nothing is working. Why don't you have chat, or email, or phone number. Feels like a scam - you have taken our money but are not delivering the service. The only avenue I have is to keep posting on rating sites like Google, capterra, G2, - I've already given you a 1 out of 5 on the chrome web store. Hopefully Lastpass will fix it in the next day, or give us a full refund so we can go elsewhere... Do not use Lastpass!!!
