convert free user to enterprise account

I jumped the gun and created a personal free account with my work email address. Now that my company has purchased enterprise accounts. I'd like to convert that account to be an enterprise account. Fortunately, I had not added any site, notes, or anything else in the account so there's nothing to migrate.
Help?

I would change the email on that personal account, have your administrator create an enterprise one under the work address, and then link the two.

That way if you need to leave the enterprise, personal and work passwords can be kept separate.
