I have the same issue. I'm still in trial period for the LP Family and trying to create shared folders causes an error. How can I contact LP support directly? It is hidden very well.

I had the same error. I noticed, that i had shared a folder with the same name already with this 2nd person. After choosing another folder name, the error was gone...
