2-step verification for amazon.com allows push notifications. But not for amazon.ca, amazon.es, amazon.it, amazon.com.au, amazon.com, amazon.de, amazon.nl, amazon.fr, amazon.co.uk.
Which is a bit strange as it uses the same username/password as all amazon sites are listed in "Equivalent Domains". It also uses the same verification code across all. So this should only be a matter of adding the behavior of amazon.com to e.g. amazon.nl.
