We are utilizing shared folders as a team collaboration feature, which means a lot of people are contributing and adding items to the same shared folder. Currently there is no way to "force" a standardized way of inputting the data, and anyone can put in anything into a shared folder.
What i am proposing is a feature that allows shared folder admins to create a template and distribute it so it is available for other users of the same shared folder. This allows for higher efficiency, less discussions, and less overhead for support and admins to assist.
