Currently MFA is only used as an optional requirement for login. Separately, the only option for adding extra security on any particular Item is to Require Master Password Reprompt.
It would be great to enable an Item to require MFA to access. I'm thinking the UX would build upon the UX for the two features mentioned above: under Advanced settings for an Item, there would be a check box for Require MFA that would use the already-enabled MFA options & settings. It would be ok to only allow Require Master Password Reprompt xor Require MFA (not both) to be selected, although it would be nice to allow both if not too hard.
Right now, if you want extra security on Items you need to use Require Master Password Reprompt, which can result in someone entering their Master Password *a lot*, which isn't awesome for security.
