Good evening. I hope this message finds you well. I recieved an Admin suggestion on the following case # 18235274. He created custom items on the admin account, however those custom items cannot be replicated by all the users. Admin mentioned that they manage a lot of information and would be great if all users have the same category of custom items to avoid duplicated files. Customer left me a picture of how his screen looks at the present time from the admin and the user sides at the same time.
