I see several questions on this topic in the forum, but no resolution. I'm using Enterprise for work and just signed up for Families only to realize that shared Family folders are no longer visible when logged into my enterprise account, even though I have my personal account linked. This is extremely annoying, especially on the mobile app. Please help us access all our passwords in one place!
Just discovered this issue and have the same problem as everyone else. Very, very, very frustrating. Is there a fix, so I can access my shared personal logins with my business account? Not sure how to handle this otherwise.
See the link below for history of this limitation, which has been known and ignored by LastPass for years now. We are on the verge of moving our company (and family) from LastPass to OnePassword as a result.
Sharing folders between linked LastPass Teams and ... - LogMeIn Community
Very frustrating. Am just moving to LastPass Business for our company and introducing Families as a Benefit. Great feature, but to expect users to toggle between their Business and Families account will be difficult to gain adoption for our mobile users.
I think they solved this? I can now see all my family shared folders from my enterprise account.
Hey @jamesonrw , while logged into LastPass mobile (iOS or Android) with your Business credentials, you're able to see your Family folders within the LastPass mobile app? I'm not seeing that behavior. LastPass web vault works great, mobile is not the same experience.
Oh, i couldnt see them on the web last week. I guess i got overexcited. i just checked mobile and cannot see them there.
Why offer the option to create the item and not being able to share it?
I would also like this feature. It works through the web extension, but not through the iOS app.
Need absolutely this feature. A lot a trying and time lost before understand that it was not implemented !
Definitely a show stopper for business integration.
I have this same issue which is very annoying. Please fix this!
