Trusted Devices - 30 Day Bug

Trusted Devices - 30 Day Bug

When I select the option to trust my computer for 30 days at the MFA code authentication screen, I noticed that your UI re-prompts me to re-authenticate via MFA before 30 days have occurred. Can you please fix this so I actually have 30 days of device use? It's kind of annoying that this happens.

I'd like to turn off the re-verification altogether for an already trusted device. I don't want to have to re-verify my ipad every 30 days at an unknown time. What if I don't have my phone nearby. I can't seem to find any answers or get any help with this.

I have this problem too.  If there were ever a problem with lastpass that made me move to some other solution, this is it.  I get re-prompted ALL THE TIME.  Its seriously annoying.  I would personally set it to 90 to 120 days for all my home accounts.

I agree AllenPass. my yearly is coming up and that’s the main issue that i have. If there was a good reason why they don’t allow something so seemingly simple, that would be one thing, but there doesn’t seem to be any response from lastpass. kind of a nit, but still, why not make a small change that doesn’t make sense in plenty of situations.

@softwareDev88 - I'm putting a ticket in with Lastpass right now b/c I find that Lastpass Desktop for Windows (the native Win 10 app) does this EVERY TIME I log in, it never saves the device in Trusted Devices.  Are you seeing this issue in the Desktop app, browser extensions, or both?  My extensions seem to work fine.
